I was born in 1954 and I've been cycling since I could stand. I have mobility issues due to poor knee flection (knee replacement in 2022) however this is my first e- bike. I finally took the plunge to buy this particular cycle following years of struggling up the many hills in my area. The reviews were good but my overall opinion was that the bike was 'expensive enough to raise my expectations but cheap enough to dampen any disappoinment.' I am NOT disappointed 😃

I honestly do believe the customer service for Iscooter is excellent well deserved 5 star rating. I had issues with my first Iscooter and the person that dealt with my queries was Karl and he was brilliant he was very efficient when responding and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. The mt2 is a fantastic e bike. It is very fast smooth and was exactly what I was looking for.

So been riding this for about a week and it's great. Tons of fun handles great.

I am impressed with my scooter I can't wait to ride it looks very fast as well

Karl was great in sorting the issue out as FedEx stole, lost the first order my son was upset about this as it was a gift but Karl stood up to the mark and sort it all out 10/10 Karl

I was really impressed with iScooter's customer service. My rear mudguard arrived mis-shapen and I contacted them expecting the usual back-and-forth. Instead, they replied fast every time.

First they talked me through a few fixes to try myself.

When it turned out the part was not suitable for repair, they didn't mess about. They offered a refund that covered the cost of a new part and then some.

No arguing, no dragging it out. Just a company that sorted the problem properly. Would happily buy from them again. This is how companies should sort out issues. Very impressed.

I ordered this bike and was expecting the usual wait, however I got it delivered in three days.

The communication from iScooter was spot on throughout — order confirmation, dispatch notice, tracking link, all on time.

The bike itself is very good for the price. It handles rough terrain without feeling like it's about to shake apart, which matters more than people think when you're testing a mountain bike on anything steeper than a gentle slope. The motor kicks in smoothly, not with that jerky lurch. Battery life so far has held up well across multiple rides before needing a charge.

Build quality feels solid. Nothing rattled, nothing felt like an afterthought. At this price point there are some compromises, the pedals are plastic. However it's been great so far and a really nice ride.

For the price point, this bike punches well above what you'd expect. I'd buy from iScooter again without hesitation.

This is the third iscooter that I've purchased I had the ix6 off-road scooter,the ix7 and now have the F7 ultra.
This scooter is like a fusion of the last two I had it's quick on the road and gives you a steady ride and it can also ride off road just as easy. Fantastic machine
