Been great since we got bit my son loves it. We had temp warning light come on a couple of time but contacted customer service for advice got bk to us really quickly , took their advice, realising our mistakes and running great. Great after care as well as product.

Very fast hood range better than I expected
My 47 year old wife LOVES this scooter! Both her and her 75 yr old mother have been able to mount this beast of a scooter and enjoy a fun ride on a local track on medium power giving them plenty of confidence. The motor, the horn, the brakes, the suspension, all excellent! Great value for money. Looking forward to autumnal rides along the south coast beach front promenades

It arrived on the day that was quoted. Well packed. Quite easy to assemble with the instructions, lots of extras, good value for the money
I have two electric bikes, and they are absolutely fantastic! Whether I’m riding for fun, doing errands, or just getting some fresh air, they make every journey easier and more enjoyable. The power assist is brilliant on hills, and the battery life is great – I can go much further than I ever could on a regular bike. They’re well-built, smooth to ride, and a real game-changer. I honestly can’t recommend them enough!
Excellent bike at an excellent price.
This bike is superb for the money. No problems at all. Very easy to assemble, easy to understand instructions, packaged incredibly well and it all went together very easily. The bike is excellent: The gears have not needed any adjustment and the electric motor makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable and fun!! The saddle is not hard either!! Only had the bike for a month but it surpasses any expectations. A brilliant purchase.

Pretty good communication although it seemed you were complicating my email's. I would have preferred different coloured bikes.
Overall the first bike was delivered on time and I had to wait another week for the second bike. Been out twice and was surprised how easy the bikes performed.
Heavy and steady bike
Love this U1 bike !
This thing is great, feels so much safer than eScooters whilst sharing a lot of features with them. Throttle accelerates from start (no need to kick off first) so makes it much easier for younger riders, looks great - is actually a head turner for both kids AND adults, fits very nicely in the back of a car with it's shorter wheelbase, can unlock it up to 20mph :-) Oh and their aftersales is very good too - these guys go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy.
Great little bike although a little heavy, easy to assemble and ride.

So initially this ebike caught my attention because it folds and makes transporting it convenient…I didn’t necessarily know much about them, but upon review from some of my friends who have ebikes, I found out that I own the beast of ebike! It’s been a pleasure riding and owning it! I would do it again if I needed to!
