Smooth ride, quiet motor, good speed and battery life. Easy to use and setup, my one complaint (a minor one) is the fact it only has a single button. It would he much more convenient to have a separate button for driving modes and light but it does still work well as it is

I am so happy with my bike i really struggle to walk but this has given me a new life thank you 😀
Pretty good communication although it seemed you were complicating my email's. I would have preferred different coloured bikes.
Overall the first bike was delivered on time and I had to wait another week for the second bike. Been out twice and was surprised how easy the bikes performed.

Love this U1 bike !
This thing is great, feels so much safer than eScooters whilst sharing a lot of features with them. Throttle accelerates from start (no need to kick off first) so makes it much easier for younger riders, looks great - is actually a head turner for both kids AND adults, fits very nicely in the back of a car with it's shorter wheelbase, can unlock it up to 20mph :-) Oh and their aftersales is very good too - these guys go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy.
Great little bike although a little heavy, easy to assemble and ride.
