Regardless of whether your eBike is within the warranty period, if you go to an iScooter partner store to repair your eBike without our authorization, you need to bear the repair costs yourself.
Bike Shops that have partnered with iScooter are not authorised to receive products on behalf of iScooter. Please do not use any of these locations as a return address. Any unauthorized shipping arrangements to these stores are the responsibility and expense of the customer and will not be compensated by iScooter.
