TC3 wiggle board arrived when stated. Charged it & took it on a weekend to the coast for the grandkids to try. My 5 yr old granddaughter absolutely loved it. The 3 speeds, choosing the light sequence & having the music Bluetooth-ed to it. Lightweight to tow rope pull once the charge ran out. No issues so far to comment on any customer service experience.

Took it out for the first long run and found it effortless. After twenty five years of not riding a bike my husband got me a cheap bike to see if I could do it but found I was failing on hills. About six weeks after having the bike my husband bought my e-bike off iscooter and in five days it’s changed my life. Where I live is all uphill going home but am struggling no more. The bike is so well built and looks lovely. Given me a 59 year old woman a new lease of life.

Wonderful mixture of super motorcycle bits and scooter fun, very comfortable safe and quick (hold throttle full, turn on n wait for a chime and it's de restricted) it handles beautifully with proper road motorcycle tyres breaks well and is super for carrying beer from the shop, it never feels intimidating as a long-standing electric vehicle collector this became my favourite thing in the world bar my teddy bear Mr Stillwell .

Good Protection

The shipping insurance was worth having. It gave me peace of mind knowing my order was protected during delivery. The process was simple, and my scooter arrived safely and on time. I would recommend adding shipping insurance for extra protection.

Very good working, new wheel for i9max.

I bought a new tire for my iScooter i9Max after two years. I weigh 90 kg and often carry 20-30 kg of groceries. Total weight: up to 120 kg. Replacing the tire was easy. I can continue without buying a new scooter. I am really pleased.
