Hi a bought a scooter just before and a part failed inside it like any new u buy things happen but its how's the company deals with the problem is the main thing a contacted them and it was under warranty they said send it back at there cost they got it picked up and fixed the problem and sent it back out with a bit added to the warranty plus for the hassle they gave me a helmet and a few other things at thr end of the day stuff happens things fail no matter what u buy but its how its dealt with is the main thing

I9 iscooter feels solid, with a user friendly display panel, feels very safe and enjoyable to control as a first time user. There is enough power when needed to climb up hills. The i9 scooter is fun on flat surfaces and great fun going up and over speed humps.
